Pipe wall thickness continual measuring instrument is the new advanced produce for convenient measuring the pipe wall thickness for kinds of materials, such as steel, plastic, ceramics, cement etc. It’s portable and integrated digital technology, so able to continuously measure wall thickness with all results recorded automatically around the whole pipe, as well as displayed on LCD timely for monitoring. The performance and principle:

“Pipe wall thickness continual measuring instrument” has two parts of wheels. Fixed measruing wheel is designed to attach one side of pipe wall, and mobile measurin  g wheel is designed to attach another side for smooth moving around the pipe. The LCD will provide the real-time display of the exact result o  f the wall thickness during the continuous measurement.

use-method:

1.Close the two measuring wheel, and press ON/OFF to enable LCD display, and then press “ZERO” to clear the counter. You can press  “mm/inch” to change the unit of measurement.

2.hands open the two measuring wheel, so that the space is larger than the measured wall thickness;

3. Then the fixed measuring wheel attach to one inner side of pipe under test. Put mobile measuring wheel on another outer side of pipe, and release hand so both wheels will attach to pipe wall tightly.

4.Parallel move this test device slowly, and the current thickness would real-time display on LCD continuously.
5.This device also provide the ability of connecting to computer so all these real-time measurement data could be transferred to computer for future more advanced statistics and analysis.

6.Battery should be replaced if the LCD display is flashing.
