Outside diameter continuous measuring instrument

Purpose

This product provided a innovated solution for outside diameter measurement even 30mm deep ( or 150mm deep ) into the pipe, as well as the accurate result of out-of-roundness.

Directions for use

1.Extend the slider side of the ruler wider than the target to be measured.

2.Put this instrument on the target and close the slider side of the ruler to attach on the outside of the target.

3.Lock the fix-knob to make the instrument attached on the target tightly with hands free.

4.Turn around the instrument slowly around the target by 180 degree and the each test point will be displayed immediately on the digital display screen. (The innovated technique has ensure the instrument only moved on the single cross-section around the target without accident sliding)

Notes for use

1.This instrument is preferred for smooth and regular target. The uneven surface will impact the measurement result greatly.

2.Handle these instruments gently. Do not use the instrument in the presence of corrosive gases or liquids.
