Usages: 

MA13B Computer Multipurpose Instrument Microscope is a multipurpose measuring instrument widely used in machinery industry, electron-manufacturing industry and metering and measuring institutes. It can be used to measure sizes, shapes, angles and locations within the range of various parts. The computer technology is adopted for data processing in measurement; and multiple measuring methods are used including the image method, the shaft contact method, the double-beam interference fringe method, etc. to greatly upgrade the measuring performance of the instrument. The combination and developability of the software can intensify the system function and satisfy the customers’ requirements within still greater ranges.

 

Typical measured targets are:

Measuring various forms of shaped parts, e.g., sample plates, form turning tool, form cutter, punching die, cam, etc.;

Measuring the intermediate-, coarse- and minor-diameter, pitch, tooth-form semi-angle of the external screw-thread for screw-threads, leading screws, worms, etc.;

Measuring the lead, saw-shaped angle and tooth profile angle of the gear hobber;

Measuring the figure and location errors of the position degree on the circuit board, on drill jig, or on aperture plate and those of the symmetry on the keyslot, etc.

1. Acquisition functions: Acquire dots, lines, circulars and arcs

2. Construction functions: Construct the dots acquired to form the straight line, the circular and the arc

3. Combined computing functions:

The combination calculation between “dot” and “dot” gives their dot distance and midpoint coordinate;

The combination calculation between “dot and line” gives their dot line distance;

The combination calculation between “straight line and straight line for their crossing” gives their intersecting point coordinate and their included angle;

The combination calculation between “straight line and straight line for their centering” gives the central line information for the two lines;

The combination calculation between “circular and circular” gives the information of the crossing points and the center distance of the circulars; and

The combination calculation between “circular and straight” gives the information of their crossing points and the distance from the center of the circular to the line.

4. Functions for the treatment of the shape and location tolerance:

Measurement of the roundness between circular and arc;

Measurement of linearity;

Measurement of axiality;

Measurement of symmetry; and

Measurement of location.

5. Exchange of the coordinate system:

    The coordinate transition between the rectangular coordinate and the pole coordinate

    Establish the new coordinate and set the coordinate straight

6. Data output: Outputting to AUTOCAD, EXCEL AND WORD to conduct further data processing.
