TCT ANNULAR CUTTERS

Our Tungsten Carbide-tipped (TCT) Cutters with full range of Φ12-100mm cutting dia. and 35, 50, 75, 100mm cutting length (D.O.C) for 1-100mm depth hole purpose.

-Use high speed RPM for best results and faster hole making, which are widely used to cut holes into metals such as steel, cast iron, copper, aluminum, and FRP in either sheet or tubular form. They can be equipped with a variety of shanks including 19.05/32mm (3/4" or 1 1/4") Weldon, Nitto (One-touch), Fein（18mm）, Thread compatible shanks (M18*6/P1.5).

-Will outlast High Speed Steel cutters, reduce cost and increase productivity. Each cut load only one-third cutting force, fast feed rate, smoothly cutting, less vibration and long tool life.

-Ideal for drilling steel with rust or paint

-Leave a burr-free finished and high precision hole, also eliminate time-consuming.

-Special large sizes can be also available, 300mm cutting diameter and 300mm cutting depth (D.O.C)

HSS ANNULAR CUTTER

Standard hole-making drill in the industry, Φ12-100mm cutting dia. and 1-100mm cutting depth. 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm cutting length for different choice.

-CNC Fully-ground and Multi-cut geometry for efficient chip clearance, faster penetration, better accuracy and longer life, also decreases cutter wear and breakage.

-Faster feed rates are achieved with more cutting teeth and less tool wear. Approved 3 to 6 times faster than twist drills-with no pre-drilling or step drilling required

-Produce reamed-quality burr-free holes and solid slugs

-Cutting edges can be resharpenable

-Lighter, less powerful drilling equipment can be used

-Kinds of materials choice for different work-pieces, such as HSSM2, HSS-E, HSSAL, M35 and M42.
