One pass key way broaches

Features:

Hardened and ground bars with cutting teeth on one side.

Sized and proportioned to afford a good cutting range and ample rigidity.

Each tooth is progressively larger and each cuts slightly deeper than the tooth before.

Applications:

For cutting keyways in machined holes in a single pass.

Design allows the keyway broach to start in a plain hole and cut a precisely shaped keyway slot in a single pass the hole.

Used in conjuntion with a keyway busing to cut keyways in one pass.

Designed to be used mannually with an arbor press to produce the keyways.

Broach size imperial: 1-8”~3/8”

Broach size metric: 3-8mm
